Call Bank of America and waste 5 minutes you’ll never get back

Wait until the end of the day or when no one is in your branch to listen to this recent shop of Bank of America. We were trying to get a mortgage loan rate. After spending over 3 minutes in the messed up world of the BofA automated phone system trying to get a real person, we finally did… AND… the person wasn’t much better! She transferred us to voice mail that said they were closed and it was only 3:28pm, talk about banker’s hours. We can’t make this stuff up. Before pressing the “play” button to listen to this shop, understand, these are 5 minutes you’ll never get back.
