We posted a recorded phone shop of Regions last week. Today we’re posting a recording of a community bank. On the Regions shop we couldn’t get a person on the phone. Believe it or not that was better than getting a real person on the phone that will do what this employee did. Besides not giving the APY, she laughed about their rates even when their rates were right in line with other banks in the local market. Sadly, this is par for the course when it comes to over 90% of community banks. Make sure we’re ready to be remarkable when the customer calls. This is a great time to be a banker!
