Stop Doing the Usual

We read this article, Five Things Remarkable Bosses Never Do, from Inc. Magazine the other day and thought they might be reading our articles! It’s a great piece that just reinforces many of the things we coach and believe in. Take a few minutes to read it. When you’re done reading, stop doing. Stop doing the usual and ordinary that produce the same dismal results. Like one of our favorite quotes states… “Just because you’ve always done it that way, doesn’t mean it’s not incredibly stupid”. As you make your “stop doing” list, a good place to start is with the five listed in this article.
