So we’re going to rename the daily meeting to the “Daily Conversation”. You should have a one-on-one conversation with your direct reports every day.
I read an article last week about “undermanaged employees” and how one should go about managing his boss. It’s sad an article like that even has to be written. We do know this… undermanaged employees make less money and the companies they work for make less money.
